Submitting Pictures

Devita Infinity have the right to publish any pictures on our site or within our Magazine  that were submitted by anyone/Models who are over the age of eighteen.  By submitting your pictures you are agreeing that you are indeed eighteen years of age or older and has given us the right to post/publish your picture on our site or within our Magazine with any written content of our own if we choose to do so.  Models who are under the age of eighteen need to have a written consent from their parent or guardian sent to us by email or mail before any of their pictures is to be publish on our site or within our Magazine; However anyone/Models who submit their pictures to us, is agreeing that he/she is indeed the age of eighteen or older and we will take no responsibilities  if your picture were chosen to be publish upon our site or within our Magazine.

 

Newsletter and other Communication with us.

Our registered users may receive letters or emails from us as a form of promoting or marketing of a product or service that we may be offering at that time or will soon be offering.

 

Communications with us.

We have features where you can submit information to us (such as when contacting us with a question or feedback). We may retain your emails and other information you submit to us for our internal purposes, and to help us to serve you better.

we collect surveys at our sites. All personal information collected by Devita Infinity from our users is never sold to any thrid party/companies.  We believe that your personal information should be kept private unless otherwise stated by that individual themselves for the sole purpose to promote or establise their careerin any wa, shape or form.
